to give the attendees a basic foundation of learning in Class A
ERP disciplines, principles and techniques. "Critical/Strategic
Thinking" - This 1-day course gives the attendees
a basic foundation of critical and strategic thinking especially
as it applies to [proposal company]. "Finance/Accounting
(for non-financial managers)" - This 4-hour course
is designed to give the attendees a basic foundation of learning
about balance sheets, cost accounting, P&L terms and application. "Introduction to
Lean" - This one-day course is designed to give
the attendees a basic foundation of learning in lean principles
and techniques. "Introduction to
Six Sigma" - This one-day course is designed to
give the attendees a basic foundation of learning in Six Sigma principles
and techniques. "Leadership/Communication"
- This 8-hour course is designed to be delivered in 2 segments of
4 hours each. "Lean Project Management/Performance"
- This 5-hour course is designed to give the attendees a basic foundation
of learning in Project Management especially as it applies to the
introduction of Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies.
"Management Skills
for New Managers" - This 16-hour course is designed
to be delivered in 4 segments of 4 hours each. "Managerial Effectiveness"
- This 8-hour course is designed to be delivered in 2 segments of
4 hours each. "Master Data Accuracy"
- This one-day course is designed to give the attendees an advanced
level of learning in data accuracy principles and techniques. "Problem Solving"
- This 7-hour course is designed to give the attendees a basic foundation
of learning in problem solving methodologies. "Project Management"
- This 4-hour course is designed to give the attendees a basic foundation
of learning in Project Management especially as it applies to the
introduction of Lean, Six Sigma and other continuous improvement
methodologies. "SMED (Single Minute
Exchange of Die)" - This one-day course is designed
to give the attendees solid application learning in Single Minute
Exchange of Die principles and techniques initially developed by
Toyota Production Systems. "Supervising People"
- The course gives the attendees a basic foundation of management
skill learning especially as it applies to [proposal company]. "Time Management"
- This 4-hour course is designed to give the attendees a basic understanding
of time management as it applies to the manufacturing environment.
"Top Management
Sales and Operations Planning" - This 4-hour course
is designed to give the attendees a solid foundation of learning
in Class A ERP Sales and Operations Planning disciplines, principles
and techniques. "Transition to Supervision"
- This 8-hour course is designed to be delivered in 2 segments of
4 hours each. "World Class Master
Scheduling" - This one-day course is designed
to give the attendees a basic foundation of learning in Class A
ERP master scheduling disciplines, principles and techniques.
