founder and owner is Donald H Sheldon. He has global experience
helping companies achieve world-class performance. In addition
to helping other organizations, his practitioner experience
includes being General Manager of The Raymond Corporation's
Aftermarket Services Division (a world-class leader in the manufacturing
of material handling equipment), Vice President of Global Quality
and Six Sigma at NCR Corporation (formerly National Cash Register),
and Vice President of BUKER, Inc. (another recognized leader
in management education and training headquartered in Chicago).
We have associate relationships with several other
specialized consultants with high level expertise in Human Resources,
Six Sigma, Lean, Systems Implementation, and other important
areas of manufacturing excellence.
